The Rose Bed and Breakfast is no longer located in Inverness as we recently moved to Lochinver in Assynt where we have taken over an established guest house property.

Lochinver is situated in the northern Highlands of Scotland, on the west coast, some 35 miles north of Ullapool and 93 miles north west of Inverness. It is within an area of superb mountain and loch scenery, magnificent coastline and abundant wildlife.

Our new business is a large spacious guest house which stands in an elevated position looking across the water to the sea front and harbour of Lochinver village. It is within easy walking distance of local shops, pubs and restaurants and is an excellent base from which to tour Sutherland and Wester Ross. There are many places in the vicinity for going hill walking and climbing and trout and salmon fishing is available nearby.

Our tariff for bed and breakfast is from £20 to £29 per person per night. We can also provide evening meals on request. We serve a full traditional Scottish breakfast and all food is home cooked and freshly prepared.
